E-mail that I don't respond to

Any mail you send me along these lines will be gracefully ignored.

    Subject: i'd like to join

    hey, I'd like to join your group. I have something to offer too.  Do
    you know about hotwired? Well, no matter if you do or don't, i've
    got a pwfile that has his username on it, trouble is, it's
    encrypted, and after 3 straight days of decrypting I've got no
    password for him, or for root.  His user name is sanner. His name is
    David Sanner.  this is where i got the passwd file from:

    can't telnet or ftp to the server, not even anonymously.  If you can
    help please write back soon, this isn't my account, and i don't want
    anyone else reading my mail, i'll send you info about myself later.
